You Apply
You submit your application on Lyon's secure site. Using our link connects it to your Aquatic Pools TX project automatically.

Lyon Approves
Lyon reviews the application and contacts you directly once the lender issues a conditional approval, then confirms your final numbers.

Clear to Start
After you sign your loan documents, Lyon sends a Clear to Start Construction notice to both of us. No work begins before it arrives.

We Build in Stages
Your loan funds each milestone as it's finished and photo-verified, with at least 10% held back until your pool is complete and you've signed off.
