Pool Renovation
Your pool doesn't need to be replaced — it needs to be renewed. Aquatic Pools and Hot Tubs restores aging pools to like-new condition with expert replastering, tile work, coping, and equipment modernization.
Give Your Pool a Second Life
Even well-built pools show their age over time. Texas heat, hard water, and heavy use take a toll on plaster, tile, coping, and equipment. But most aging pools don't need to be demolished — they need skilled renovation.
A full renovation costs a fraction of new construction and delivers a dramatically improved result. We assess every component — surface, tile, coping, plumbing, and equipment — and recommend only what's genuinely needed.

Signs Your Pool Is Ready for Renovation
Not sure if it's time? Check for these common warning signs. If you're nodding along to more than two or three, it's time to call us.
Rough or chalky surface that irritates skin
Visible cracks, chips, or delaminating plaster
Unexplained water loss (possible shell crack)
Persistent staining that won't brush or treat away
Loose, cracked, or missing tile along the waterline
Crumbling or shifted coping around the pool edge
Old pump running constantly or failing to circulate
Heater that can't maintain temperature efficiently
Our Renovation Services
We handle every aspect of pool renovation — from cosmetic resurfacing to complete equipment overhauls. Mix and match services based on what your pool actually needs.
Replastering & Resurfacing
We drain the pool, prepare the existing shell, and apply a fresh finish — standard white plaster, colored quartz aggregate, or premium pebble finishes. A new surface transforms how your pool looks and feels immediately.
- White plaster (most affordable)
- Quartz aggregate (mid-range, durable)
- Pebble or glass bead (premium)
Tile Replacement
Cracked, missing, or dated waterline tile is one of the first things guests notice. We remove old tile, prep the bond beam, and install new tile in ceramic, glass, or stone — updating your pool's look completely.
- Ceramic, glass, and natural stone
- Step and bench tile included
- Full or partial replacement
Coping Replacement
Coping is the capstone around the pool edge — it takes constant abuse from foot traffic, chemicals, and weather. We replace deteriorated coping with travertine, bull-nose concrete, or natural stone for a fresh, safe edge.
- Travertine (non-slip, cool surface)
- Bull-nose poured concrete
- Natural limestone or sandstone
Equipment Upgrades
Old single-speed pumps, sand filters, and gas heaters waste energy and money. We upgrade to variable-speed pumps, cartridge or DE filters, heat pumps, LED lighting, and smart automation systems that control everything from your phone.
- Variable-speed pump installation
- LED color-changing light conversion
- Smart automation & remote control
